Dear Students and Parents,
We are thrilled to announce that we will once again be heading to Mexico this summer for an incredible opportunity to serve, grow, and experience God's work in action. This year's mission trip will take place July 11th–15th, 2025 (Friday–Tuesday) at the Calvary Chapel Bible Institute in Ensenada.
During our time there, our mission is to serve the Bible College through various work projects—which may include painting, organizing, landscaping, or general maintenance. We’ll also have the special opportunity to visit a local orphanage, where we’ll connect with the children by leading a Bible lesson, doing a craft activity, and preparing a home-cooked lunch for them. These moments of service are often some of the most impactful and memorable parts of the trip.
We'll also spend time growing spiritually together with daily Bible studies, worship, and group devotions. And yes, there will be plenty of time for fun, fellowship, beach outings, and delicious tacos!
Important notes:
If you are considering going on the trip, please apply for your passport or passport card as soon as possible. In recent weeks, Mexico has been requiring passports for all travelers, and while border regulations can change, we want to be fully prepared. We strongly prefer that all minors have either a valid passport or passport card in hand well ahead of the trip.
We encourage each student and family to pray about being a part of this mission. Whether it’s your first trip or your fifth, we believe God has something powerful in store for everyone involved.
Please take a few minutes to fill out the attached application.
If you're a parent interested in serving alongside us, we’d love to have you—reach out to me directly at [email protected].
If you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to ask.
We can't wait to see what God will do through this time together!
With joy and expectation,
Pastor Ryan

Important notes:
- This year, Calvary Chapel Santee will not be joining us—this trip will be led solely by Solid Rock, giving us the opportunity to bond more closely as a team and create a uniquely personal experience.
- This will be Pastor Ryan’s 7th trip to the Bible College, and we’re excited to bring a strong team of 8+ experienced leaders to help guide and support the group.
- We are opening this trip to select Young Adults, pending a completed application and background check.
- If you're a parent who has questions or concerns, we’ll be holding an informational meeting on May 7th at 5:00 PM in the Youth Room. We encourage all interested families to attend!
